  • This year, PRocon will take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 23rd at the Armour J. Blackburn University Center, located on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC.

    Tickets are officially on sale – for updates on this year’s conference, follow us on social media and sign up for our mailing list!

  • The suggested airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), which is approximately 30 minutes from the event space.

  • This year, PRocon has partnered with the Courtyard Washington Downtown/Convention Center as its host hotel for 2025. A limited number of discounted rooms are available for booking on a first-come, first-serve basis until Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

    Other hotel arrangements can be made at any hotel in Washington, DC or the surrounding metro area.

  • While new and aspiring publicists are absolutely welcomed, this event is for ALL public relations, marketing, media, and communications professionals to connect, learn, and grow! We have conversations and growth opportunities for each level of your career.

  • YES! Food is included with the purchase of tickets in all tiers.

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable up to 7 days before the event start date. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please email connect@experienceprocon.com.

  • While most PRos that attend our conference show up in what we’d call “creative business casual,” we encourage you to wear what you feel the most confident and comfortable in! Keep in mind that photo and video will be taken at the event, and that you could potentially run into a business opportunity.
